THE 21st L N BIRLA MEMORIAL INVITATIONAL DEBATE

Birla High School hosted the 21st L N BIRLA MEMORIAL INVITATIONAL DEBATE on a virtual platform on 11 th July 2020 , 11 am onwards, to commemorate the school’s founding father Late Shri Lakshminiwas Birla . The debate , over the years, has brought on a common forum , keen debaters, from across the city and the country, who engage in dialectic debating , arguing passionately and putting forth their conflicting opinions on contentious and topical issues.

The topic for the day was   - The Digital World Holds the Key to a Better Education System

Each participant was awarded a participation certificate along with a Bluetooth Speaker.

Best Team - SHRI SHIKSHAYATAN SCHOOL represented by Shudisksha Basu (for) and Koushiki Ghosh (against) bagged the trophy and a cheque for Rs 5000/.

Koushiki Ghosh , Shri Shikshayatan School was adjudged the Best Speaker winning the Best Speaker certificate,a trophy and a cheque for Rs 5000/ .

Soubhagya Agarwal , VIDYANIKETAN BIRLA PUBLIC SCHOOL finished Runner Up Speaker winning a certificate and cheque for Rs 3000.
